Choose the most suitable form for you to participate. You can book Exhibition space and order other needed elements later or book an easy ready-made Sales stand.

We reformed the mandatory registration fee to Expostart! Expostart € 520 will be charged from all main exhibitors and includes the following:

• socket 16A 230V 3,6kW and energy consumption
• Publicity and environmental fee

Exhibition space

Booking plain exhibition space gives room for creativeness. All the needed elements can be brought to the stand or ordered easily from Messukeskus. We also provide fully designed and equipped stands.

Sales stands

Sales stand is an easy and cost-effective solution. Walls, carpets and lights are ready, all you need to bring or rent is furniture and stand decoration.

Price includes:

• exhibition space
• white walls and fascia made of profile or standard structure
• fascia text or logo, both sides on corner stands (not included in
stands with no fascia)
• carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (mottled
grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia,
white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite
grey or orange)
• basic lighting (spotlights, one per meter, only on one wall in corner stands)
• constructing and dismantling, cleaning before the event

NOTE! Grey carpets are installed in case no other colour is picked. Changes and additions are charged separately.
