As a travel business professional or student in the field, you can visit Matka Travel Fair free of charge on any of the event days by registering in advance. Matka Workshop Day invites buyers and suppliers, participants are carefully validated ensuring successful encounters.

The event offers an opportunity to network, delve into the world of travel and business travel, and discover innovations and services that make the travel environment more efficient and sustainable.

Matka Travel Fair kicks off with Matka Work Shop Day on Wednesday 14 January bringing together potential business partners for pre-scheduled meetings. Matka for Professionals offers a dedicated exhibition on Thursday, 15 January, special theme areas, the Matkatieto seminar with SMAL, and an opening evening After Work event open to all.

Matka Travel Fair remains open to professionals throughout the entire event from Friday to Sunday, 16–18 January 2026.

As a travel business professional or student in the field, you can visit the Matka Travel Fair free of charge by registering either in advance or on-site. By registering, you can attend the fair on any of the event days during regular opening hours. Be prepared to verify your professional status.

Free registration requires a registration code

If you are already subscribed to the professionals’ newsletter, you will find the code in the letter. If you haven’t subscribed yet, make sure to do so soon – you will receive the registration code in the confirmation email.
