Matka Business Forum is a dedicated area at Matka Travel Fair’s Trade Day, where business travel professionals, meeting service providers and decision-makers connect, share insights and discover new opportunities – all in one day.

The area explores key topics in business travel and meetings – from sustainability and digitalisation to the future of corporate travel – while offering practical solutions for industry professionals. The area is a collaboration between the Matka Travel Fair and FBTA. In 2025, the Travel Fair attracted nearly 15,500 travel industry professionals in total.

Price: 7312 € + VAT

  • a ready-built stand with carpets in the MBF
  • registration fee and space rental
  • wall elements in line with the MBF concept (no printouts included). No other construction elements or furniture.

General terms of participation

All fees are charged with one invoice. If the exhibition stand is shared by many companies, the company in charge of the registration will also receive the invoice. All subexhibitors are to be reported to the organiser and a participation fee of 160 € / company is charged. The maximum number of subexhibitors is 2, except on the 30m² special stand. The extra charges are added to the invoice of the space rental.

Products and services on display: only the products and services that are listed in the product groups of the event are to be displayed. In joint stands it is the main exhibitor’s duty to ensure that this rule is followed.
