Invite your customers to the fair electronically. Send an eTicket!

MATKA is just around the corner, so it’s time to invite people to visit your stand. Now you can forget last minute postings of printed tickets and send an electronic eTicket directly to the visitor’s mobile phone or e-mail address. You are among the first to test the electronic ticket, so please get to know the eTicket, sending it and useful tips before you start the process.

Why eTicket?

  • eTicket is an easy and quick way of sending a fair ticket as a present.
  • You can send the eTicket directly to your customer’s mobile phone or e-mail address instead of posting the traditional printed ticket.
  • This helps you save time, money and effort that would otherwise go into sending tickets through snail mail.
  • Electronic tickets are also good for the environment.
  • And best of all, you only pay for the eTickets used at the fair.

How to send an eTicket

  • Log in to eMessukeskus.
  • Choose the event MATKA 2017 and choose Send eTickets
  • Enter the recipient’s details
    • telephone number and e-mail address
    • you can enter the details of several recipients, the maximum at one time is 200
  • Write your own message to accompany the tickets (remember to include the name of the company inviting them to the fair)
  • Add the address of your company’s website, if you so wish
  • Check the details you have provided (preview)
  • Confirm sending the eTickets -> The ticket has been delivered to the recipient’s mobile phone or e-mail

Tips for using eTickets

  • eTickets are electronically read at the Messukeskus entrances and the invoice is based on the number of tickets used.
  • In the service, you can see the total number of eTickets sent to the event and after the event, the number of tickets used.
  • Please note that the recipient’s telephone must have access to the Internet as the eTicket will open from a link in an SMS.
  • At the moment, eTickets can only be sent to Finnish mobile telephone numbers.
  • If you wish to send two tickets to the same person, please enter that person’s name and details twice in the recipient field underneath each other.
  • The maximum number of tickets to be sent in this first eTicket phase is 200 tickets at a time to ensure speed of sending.
  • Save your accompanying message on your own computer for further use (the message will not be saved in the service automatically when the tickets are sent).
  • If you send large batches, sending the tickets may take a little while. Please wait until you see a confirmation message on your screen.

You can also send eTickets during the event.
